Last Mile Digital acknowledges and agrees that its collection, access, use, storage, disposal, and disclosure of any client data complies with applicable U.S. federal, state, EU, including but not limited to the GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable privacy and data security law. Furthermore, Last Mile Digital solutions, services, and/or implementations comply with such laws and that use of services and/or implementations, as contemplated in their contractual agreements, shall not breach such laws.
